Emily's "power paint" class creates experiential learning for anyone that wants to grow a thread of creativity, even if they've never painted before.
While this is an art class, it's all about enjoying the process. This experiential class is intended to let your soul shine through the process of touch.
Participants are guided with calming tools and meditative mantras, and everyone will leave with their very own gold leaf painting on canvas.

In 2018, we started with our inaugural Fill Your Cup First Retreat in La Quinta, California. The retreats have brought wonderful, deserving women together to share a weekend of renewal and connection.
We've since hosted other retreats and vacations for dozens of families from across the country.
